Two options to get your Doctors and other Healthcare Providers involved

Healthcare providers preferring a low-tech approach can contribute by phone. This may be a good option when the patient sees the healthcare provider less frequently or there is a more formal relationship such as with physicians or medical specialists.

At the end of each physician visit the patient asks the healthcare provider to leave a verbal report on the Patients+Families voice message service and members are then notified that the audio file is available on the hub.

Healthcare providers with easy internet access can post directly to your family hub. This is a good option for healthcare providers in frequent contact with the patient, such as physical therapists, home nurses, social workers, etc. Adding a healthcare provider to your family hub is the same as the family member sign-up process; all you need is a name and e-mail address.
